Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer several following shipping options. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Rates are calculated in real-time based on the size and weight of the item(s) being ordered. Certain items can only be shipped by ground transport (e.g. compressed gas cartridges)
Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday to Friday for in-stock items are processed and shipped the same day or the next day, unless otherwise specified in the product description. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays for in-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Due to product size and weight limitations, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the shipping company website.
